can't find your magazine anywhere
- Paul Wierzbicki | 6/06/2009 3:00 AM
I bought one of your magazines about a year ago, most likely at an airport during travel. However, I have not been able to locate it anywhere in my town, Thunder Bay Ontario. I find it funny that I can not pick up a copy at Chapters, Mac's Convenience, the Newstand, etc. Can you tell me which vendor in Ontario and if possible Thunder Bay would carry your magazine. Thanks for your help.

Unfortunately we don’t have any outlets in Thunder Bay as of yet. We have vendors in other towns in Ontario such as Timmins, and the Greater Toronto Area. In the interim, I’d suggest subscribing to the magazine, as it does save you 32% off the newsstand price.

Issue 4 (April) is no longer on the rack and I wasn't able to pick it up. Can we read this article online now?

Back Order this April issue
- Mel S | 22/11/2009 2:04 PM
I am looking for the April issue with this Van and Quan article in print as the photographs are mine and I want to have the hardcopy. Is there anything I can do to pick this issue up as they were supposed to mail me one but ran out of copies?
Thanks in advance

Recipe For Early Retirement

Tran and Doan,
Great read on your sucess, congrats to you both.
I have recently entered into the real estate investment world myself, unfortunatly it has been a stuggle at this time to do my unemployment status. Although we do not lose focus of our personal vision. When the time comes when we can find the deal using the ACRE system to get things rolling we will be ready to act. Keeping that in mind we are always looking for Joint Venture Partners to help one another out. Good luck to you both once again.

- Marisa Cervantes | 14/03/2010 11:02 PM
Hello Tran and Doan!
This is Marisa from Toronto! I have read many books, magazines, articles about Real estate which I guess is my new passion and found out that what I really would like to do, knowing it is risky but also fun is to find a property, to renovate it and to convert it into a rental property.
I really want to congratulate you for your efforts and for what you have accomplished. I really would like to contact you for few especific questions. If you don't mind, would you send Suzzane Sharma (suzanne.sharma@kmimedia.ca) your email address so she could forward it to me?
Your help will be much appreciated.
Thank you,
Marisa
