As my wife and I are moving towards buying real estate with investors’ money as a joint venture, I would like to see more information on where to go to find investors.

Rent to Own - Scott Klippenstein \| 27/08/2010 1:17 PM Hi, I am a young (27) real estate investor on Vancouver Island. I started my rent to own real estate company about 12 mths ago and have done 15 deals in the last 10 mths. My strategy is renting problem properties with an option to purchase in the future (usually 24 mths). I've been investigated by the BC ministry of finance as well as the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board. They both came up with no reason to shut me down.
