How long will it take to process my subscription and receive my first issue?
Whilst we process subscriptions regularly, you will need to allow up to six to eight weeks to receive your first issue of Canadian Real Estate.


How do I change my mailing address?
In order to change your mailing address please email subscriptions@kmimedia.ca with the new address. Alternatively you may contact us at 416-644-8740.

How do I know if I’ve missed an issue?
As a subscriber you will receive your issue up to one week before it hits newsstands. As a general rule of thumb, you can expect the current issue to be mailed to you at the end of the preceding month. For example, you will receive your March issue at the end of February.
If you are still concerned that you did not receive your magazine please feel free to contact us at subscriptions@kmimedia.ca or by phone at 416-644-8740 and someone will be able to look into this for you.

How do I give a gift subscription to Canadian Real Estate?
You can use our online subscription form to send someone a gift subscription to Canadian Real Estate. Simply check the box which says ‘Gift subscription’, which sits above where you enter your personal details.

How can I obtain back issues of Canadian Real Estate?
We do sell back issue for $7.99 plus taxes plus $3.00 for shipping stocks are limited and we may not have all back issue available. If you are interested please call 416-644-8740.
We are also currently in the process of making digital versions of the magazine available through our website for a nominal fee. Please revisit our website regularly for updates on this.

How will I know when my subscription expires?
Please refer to the mailing label on your magazine. It will clearly state the date of your subscription expiry.

How do I renew my subscription?
You will receive notification at least one month prior to the date your subscription is due to expire. If you would like to renew your subscription earlier, or did not receive notification, please contact us at

Will you automatically charge my credit card for my renewal?
We do not automatically charge your credit card for renewals. You will be notified by email or mail to renew your subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription?
All subscriptions are final sale. If you would like to transfer the remainder of your subscription to someone else, that is possible.

Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes, we do ship outside of Canada although there are extra shipping costs in addition to the subscription price. Please contact us for more information.
