Is anyone renting their house, or part of their house, as an Air BnB for travellers? They often stay up to a week, often times less than that. Should I be drafting any kind of agreement for such a short stay? I’m wondering if it’s the same as having a tenant and writing a lease? What’s the best way to approach a deal like this with travellers?

Check with your insurer to see if short-term rentals invalidate your insurance.
