I am thinking of refinancing the mortgage on a small mixed use building in Ontario and earn some money out of the property. Total refinancing is approx. 750K. I was wondering whether I should go for a commercial mortgage broker. I was referred to : or contact lenders directly . How about the broker fee?

Hi! I would definitely recommend you going to a broker. One of my relatives recently got a mortgage for their property. They went to a brokerage, Brevity Capital – my relatives said it was quick and easy – they got their funding done on time and got a good interest rate. You can give a try on this broker . is their website, Hope this helps.

If you still need assistance I can refer you directly to 2 or 3 institutional lenders and you can save yourself 1 or 2 points that the broker will charge you.
