Hello everyone, I am new in here. I am buying a new home in Ontario as I am getting married soon and will have to move out of the condo that I am currently sharing with my friends. I have finalized the house and the deal is almost complete.
I have taken the help of a transactionall lawyer to get the contract ready. Now I want to know if I should hire a litigation lawyer to enforce the contract. I have heard that certain transactional lawyers enforce contract themselves but will there be any legal problems in the future because of this. I know some good litigation lawyers in this area, like the ones from GCY Law, so should I contact them or continue with the transactional lawyer?
