In the mad rush for livable space in Toronto, desperate home buyers are circumventing inspection requirements

I have been struggling as a middle income earner to purchase my first home. I have put in offers without the condition of inspection. I wasn't comfortable and was aware of the risk to my family and myself in doing so.

I sincerely hope that the government can step in and make it mandatory for sellers to provide an inspection report to potential buyers.

How is it as a consumer I receive more disclosure in purchasing a cup of coffee (nutritional info)?

Tired of being penalized for attempting to protect myself and family.

Funny how supply became such a issue in Toronto after foreign buyers all stopped buying in Vancouver.
