Good article, great advice. How does one find a knowledgeable and reputable home inspector in a given area? What credentials do you deem important in a resale or new home inspector?

No mention of wiring, plumbing, furnace or termites. These items are easy to tell if they need upgrading or attention and should be discussed in the offer at the beginning.
