    No investors don't need to worry about bubble or anything like that. Especially if new trends and opportunities arise, just like <a href="http://torontoism.com/real-estate/2016/02/condo-offices-toronto">Condo Offices</a> for example. They open up the rent vs own debate again. Which is interesting to observe and how it influences the market.

    If investors west do get gun shy over changes to the market why not look east? Where your penny goes much further allowing for almost instant cash flow. With good management in place and a good part of the population that rents along with a sub par economy this should be the best time to buy for most. I look forward to others thoughts on this.
