the truth is that the phoenix market is so down that there's just no other option than buying a repossessed property. The trick has to be in finding properties free of the major structural flaws that make it impossible to win financing, or in the worse case scenario, for the private buyer you may have to unload it onto to do the same.

    Yeah. Investing in Phoenix may be just the best way to find cash flow. The market really can't get much lower and there are plenty of deals and plenty of renters looking for a home.

    In my experience foreclosures still the best options for every where
