    I agree with him 100%. The minimum down payment should be increased to at least 20% as soon as possible

    BC needs to get rid of its property transfer tax that it collects on the sale of every house. This tax is collected every time a house is sold and is repeated every time that same house is sold (if sold 10 times, it is collected 10 times). Nothing but a tax grab!
