    The response by the Nova Scotia Real Estate Board president that the reason for the divergent sales volume in Nova Scotia being the opposite of the rest of Canada doesn't make any sense. Every province falls under the same federal mortgage rules. That is not a Nova Scotia or Halifax only rule. So if use that reasoning then that would mean all provinces should have seen the same results. Perhaps maybe it's the economy of that province?
