A common question we constantly get asked is, what’s the difference between a real estate agent and a mortgage broker and what do they do? For new investors or first time property buyers who are new to the game, this is a very valid question to ask

Why is Canadian Real Estate Wealth magazine promoting and Australian/ New Zealand Lender to Canadians without disclosing within the article?
This article is misleading the Canadian Consumer as Liberty Financial PTY LTD is not an approved Lender within Canada - unless you can prove otherwise?!
The "advertising" is being presented as fact.
    Very poor journalism!

I haven't read the article yet - it won't load properly on my device - but there's an "international investing forum" perhaps some readers invest overseas and would use that agency? Just a guess on my part. I find it difficult to believe that anyone would pay for advertising unless they're getting a benefit from it.

Real Estate agent is person who tell you about the prices and locations of real estate properties to be sold while mortgage broker takes share from both parties to make is easy transfer of property transactions.
