    I think the focus of Real Estate Association should be on stringent requirements of education, experience to enter this profession, and cancellation of License if any irregularity is noted; AND not the 'white paper' to explore every opportunity for 'cash grab' from realtors by increasing fees, and fines.

    I agree with Paul. If it is tougher to get a license, there will be more care about not getting it suspended or revoked.

    I also agree with Paul. They should stop giving licence to Part timer.
