I'm a new member and new investor, I'm trying to learn as much as i can about real estate investment, and one of the ways i'm going bout is reading as much as possible. However, i've encountered some terms which i have no idea what they mean, especially the "Hot Spots report" that i have found very interesting. As an example, the very first sentence "Median price $698,000 Monthly growth 0.43% Stock on market 0.31%", can anyone decipher this for me, i know what the "median price" is, but i'm not sure how to read the rest... please let me know if this is the wrong place to ask this question, many thanks.
