Gregor Robertson warns that any major shocks to Vancouver’s housing market will drastically impact the city’s economy

Robertson must think we are all idiots. So it's only okay for him and his developer friends (and those are both local and international) to make millions or is that billions by now on our backs while we pay for all the infrastructure to support these towers from our taxes because developers don't have to pay for the sewer and power upgrades we citizenry do. That he approves of, wholeheartedly. Geez. The stupidity never ceases to amaze me and the masses always believe the rhetoric.

Robertson is part of the problem with his never ending stupid NEW regulations that builders must comply with, and of course they pass the cost on to the end user. $45 K worth of regulations (per new house) added this year alone.
