Neighbourhood “smells of weed”

Buyers beware; living in a neighbourhood where there are licensed marijuana growing ops could be a bigger deal than you thought. Parents in Markham, Toronto have been complaining that their kids are coming home smelling like pot due to a legal op in the neighbourhood; now a charity lottery has dropped a home in the area which was due to be a prize. The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation wrote on its blog that the intended prize backed on to a licensed op and that “The growing of a large number of plants in the house has resulted in an intrusive odour in the neighbourhood.”
