Stable vacancy rate for downtown offices in Saskatoon

The vacancy rate for offices in downtown Saskatoon has stabilized, according to new data.

Figures from ICR show that, including available inventory and sub-lease space, the rate is 12.4 per cent with 4.5 per cent resulting from offices vacated by the police.

The Star Phoenix reports that most of the vacancies are in B and C class properties, while the vacancy rate of class A is below six per cent and averaging $25 per square foot.
