The Kitchener-Waterloo Association of Realtors reports there were 395 sales in the month, down from 444 a year earlier.
However, the dip follows a bumper year with the first nine months of sales reaching 4,393 -- the highest level for the period since 2008 and a 4.6 per cent gain from the same period last year.
Prices in Kitchener-Waterloo
were mixed with the overall average sales price rising by 2.4 per cent year-over-year to $347,633.
Single-family detached home prices were down one per cent to $387,219, while condos increased 6.2 per cent from last year to $246,933.
