There were 598 sales in the month compared to 492 in the same month last year.
However, the average sales price of properties in Windsor-Essex
has dropped to $198,801, from $203,801 a year earlier.
The area’s inventory was up to 2,244 with the month adding 870 new listings, 6.5 per cent more than were added in June 2014.
