-based property management company has been elected as vice president of the international FIABCI World Council of Managers.
Adrian Schulz of Imperial Properties will serve a two-year term at the council, which aims to enhance the level of experience exchange among condo property managers and help them meet the demands of an increasingly global market.
The council also focuses on other areas of residential and commercial real estate, and promotes the role of property managers globally.
Schulz commented: "This is a group that has some ambitious goals for the future, and I look forward to playing a key role in helping the council assist and collaborate with property management professionals across the globe."
