Lighter Side: Roller coaster real estate


When you're taking a look at a new property to invest in, there is no end to the enticing gimmicks used by real estate agents to raise your level of interest – whether that’s the promise of freshly baked cookies, free pens… or a roller coaster ride?
 
One Dutch real estate firm has installed a small roller coaster to tour potential buyers through a house.
 
The coaster – which seats one – takes riders through the garage, the basement, the main floor living areas and the second-storey bedrooms, before the tour ends in the backyard.
 
It’s a wild ride, indeed – but no word yet on how well it worked to sell the house!
