And that song wasn’t “Smelly Cat”; it was a cool $3.6 million – not a bad for the expansive ski resort formerly owned by Lisa Kudrow, who played quirky eccentric Phoebe Buffay on the beloved 90s sitcom.
“Lisa Kudrow has sold her scenic ski retreat in Park City, Utah, for $3.6 million. The actress, best known for her role on the hit TV sitcom, Friends, has sold her 3,759 square foot, two-story penthouse,” the brokerage responsible for the sale, Engel & Völkers, said in a release. “The property is located at Black Diamond Lodge, a development at the base of Deer Valley Resort. The listing was managed by advisers Paul Benson and Andrew Storms.”
The home boasts four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a couple fireplaces, and a guest balcony with a hot tub and direct access to ski slopes.
Another balcony – off the master bedroom – offers views of Deer Valley, which hoasts summer concerts and winter events.
