Zillow and Yahoo launch largest real estate network in U.S.

The venture allows advertisers, such as real estate agents or homeowners, to post properties on both sites with just a singular step. The partnership has been in the making since 2006, when Yahoo Real Estate incorporated Zillow’s Zestimate home valuations for some 72 million U.S. homes.

Zillow said it now has 16 million monthly unique users, with 4 million for-sale listings.

“This partnership brings together the scale of Yahoo's audience with the depth of Zillow's real estate listings," Greg Hintz, head of Yahoo Listings, said. "No other real estate websites are better suited to bring such a vast offering to agents, brokers and advertisers."
