Zillow said it now has 16 million monthly unique users, with 4 million for-sale listings.

The venture allows advertisers, such as real estate agents or homeowners, to post properties on both sites with just a singular step. The partnership has been in the making since 2006, when Yahoo Real Estate incorporated Zillowâ€™s Zestimate home valuations for some 72 million U.S. homes.
