Housing starts in the Calgary metropolitan census area fell by more than 50 per cent in the year to April 2015, according to new figures from the Conference Board of Canada.

Since when does less housing starts indicate a "weak housing outlook". The ignorance of the Canadian Realestate Magazine continues to astound me with their endless barrage of misleading titles. When housing starts decrease, it means less product in a year's time which generally boosts the market and it will be no exception next year in Calgary.
