I bought a new property in 2014 and recently sold with a decent profit. That was my first investment in real estate. Now I am confused with all these data in the market such as Bubble, crash and all.

So wondering what should I do...find a property now or wait?

Any idea, suggestion or opinion?

Good job on the profit. As for the next, consider more personal planning around your short and long term goals. You have certainly identified risks which is important. Have you considered country properties within your strategies? For instance, check out some of the BC and Saskatchewan properties here: . In real estate investing, there are many types of properties to consider.

    Congrats on the success!
I agree that your next step should be to review your goals. Is your next property a flip or hold?

Nobody has a crystal ball, to sit still when you could be moving because of fear is not the right thing to do. Take a calculated risk and keep those success stories coming.
