    So no tax on speculators and investors and no foreign buyer tax either in Toronto. So my question is as follows: is it safe to consider the prices will keep going up by as much as 30 to 40 percent from now till the end of 2018 and thus will it be safe for me to go ahead and buy property in Toronto area assuming a big jump in price?

    Providing money of affordable housing for low and fixed income is a good thing, even though it is not going to be spent and implemented soon enough.
    But how about help right NOW for the middle class and first time home buyers in some regions such as the GTA where housing is very unaffordable.
