Hello fellow members,

Here's a helpful tip for you:

To access surveys, go to - put in Lot, Plan. Has over 1M surveys and can also see who prepared it.

Condominiums are considered as a good investment option and I am searching for a good condo in Toronto that have the amenities like swimming pool, spa and gym etc. I do agree with you that before investing anywhere we must do a little survey in order to get assured returns on our investment.

    Hi Kate,

Thank you for your reply. Actually, I disagree... I tell my investor clients that condos are not a good long-term investment, both from a financing standpoint and a marketability standpoint. I hold both a Realtor license and a mortgage agent license and work mainly with serious RE investors who don't touch condos, so if you are interested, I can give you some tips as to why from both perspectives.

Before you purchase a condo, just give me a call and I will explain why in my opinion (it is too much to type over the internet) and then at least you can make a more informed decision. My cell is 416-566-5341.
