Still, the rate changes are highlighting the benefits of using mortgage brokers and a new rate site specifically designed to guide Canadian investors to the lowest rates and the highest service levels in the marketplace. -- the result of a joint venture between CREW with Australia's leading mortgage comparison website -- launched this month.
As Canada's only independent mortgage rate comparison site, it provides daily interest rate updates to borrowers to help them find mortgages that best suit their needs. A listing on the best rates of the day appears on the homepage of CREW online.
But the site is just as committed to providing the mortgage advice and news investors also rely on.
Featuring an expansive selection of home and investment mortgage products from a wide range of lending institutions and mortgage brokers, replicates the success of sister website – Australia’s leading mortgage comparison site since 1995. is designed to be a one-stop resource where consumers can find the latest property news, free reports, price comparisons and mortgage calculators. The website offers clearly divided sections for first homebuyers, refinancing and renewals, and real estate investors. Consumers can also access a range of valuable mortgage tips and guides to gain the best possible knowledge about the mortgage market.
Borrowers can also contact mortgage experts and mortgage brokers through the website with ease to discuss their individual requirements.

Canada's only independent mortgage rate comparison site? You've now claimed this more than once. CREW made a poor business move partnering with an Australian company that is so far removed from the Canadian environment as currently ALL of the rate sites at this time are independent (meaning none of them are brokers).
