Colliers International completes acquisition of Indian property firm

Colliers International has completed its acquisition of a property development firm in India to establish the Toronto-headquartered firm as a top tier player in the market.

Synergy Property Development Services is based in Bangalore and will be integrated with Colliers’ existing operations in India, adding more than 1,000 real estate professionals to the firm’s current headcount of around 400.
