London-St Thomas sales near all-time high

There were 990 home sales handled by London-St Thomas real estate agents in July, making it the 2nd best July ever; only surpassed by 2007.

Year-to-date sales increased 8.2 per cent compared to 2015 while listings were down 22.6 per cent, tightening inventory which was 28.2 per cent lower than a year earlier.

Prices in St Thomas climbed 4.6 per cent year-over-year to an average of $226,717.
