Sellers let buyers choose where they want to live

by Steve Randall17 Jul 2015
A couple in Saskatoon are facing a dilemma: they own two homes and want to sell one of them, but can’t decide which to sell and which to keep.

Angie and Charles Britton have, however, made one decision – they’re going to let the buyer decide.

The two homes are on Saskatchewan Crescent East and realtor Al Didur told the Star Phoenix that he’s been selling houses for 24 years and never known an issue like this before.

The buyer will need either $1.55 million or $1.8 million depending on which home they pick … and good decision making skills would be a bonus.
