These are Canada’s priciest retail streets

Canada has two of the most expensive streets for retail real estate in the world, a new report from Cushman & Wakefield reveals.

Its annual Main Streets Across the World report ranks Toronto’s Bloor Street 5th in the Americas and 22nd in the world; Vancouver’s Robson Street is 8th in the Americas.

New York tops the global list with Upper 5th Street retail space costing an eyewatering U$3,000 per square foot in annual rent, far exceeding the $250 for Bloor Street and $166 for Robson Street.
