Canadian developer Greenpark Group has expanded into the US

A major milestone has been reached by a Canadian developer this week as it aims for success south of the border.

Greenpark Group opened its US head office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, this week with local media, dignitaries, brokers and trades experts all attending the ribbon cutting and grand opening event.

Greenpark Group USA will build high-rise, low-rise and commercial developments starting . Their first project, a collection of 6 stunning, luxury, ocean-front townhomes is set to launch in Pompano later this year.

Greenpark Group USA builds on the family firm’s 52-years in business in Canada.

“I’m so proud and honoured to be launching the next chapter of the Greenpark story surrounded by so many friends and family,” said chairman and CEO, Carlo Baldassarra. “I know that with all of this support, this will be another successful chapter for everyone at Greenpark.”
