Winnipeg mansion lists for a record $11 million

Winnipeg’s Wellington Crescent is home to the city’s most expensive listing.

The 27,000 square foot mansion, with 28 rooms, 12 bathrooms and both indoor and outdoor pools, is on the market for $11 million. CBC reports that the home, overlooking the Assiniboine River, also has a guest house.

The price tag is a record-breaker for the city, beating the $7.45 million record set in 2010.

Assuming it sells for the listing price, and assuming the new owner needs a mortgage, the repayments would be an eye-watering $56.3,000 per month.
