Canadian Real Estate offers annual subscriptions at a reasonable price.
Whilst we process subscriptions regularly, you will need to allow up to six to eight weeks to receive your first issue of Canadian Real Estate Wealth.
The bonus gifts/books that are offered with subscriptions are mailed on a separate occasion from your first issue. We do book mailings once a month and you will receive the book of your choice within the month of your purchase.
In order to change your mailing address please click on this “Address Change” link. Be sure to have your Subscriber ID number available to provide when prompted. This ID number can be found on your magazine mailing label and all invoices and renewal notices.
As a subscriber you will receive your issue up to one week before it hits newsstands. As a general rule of thumb, you can expect the current issue to be mailed to you at the end of the preceding month. For example, you will receive your March issue at the end of February.

We do sell back issue for $7.99 plus taxes plus $3.00 for shipping stocks are limited and we may not have all back issue available. If you are interested email subscriptions@kmimedia.ca.
We are also currently in the process of making digital versions of the magazine available through our website for a nominal fee. Please revisit our website regularly for updates on this.
Please refer to the mailing label on your magazine. It will clearly state the date of your subscription expiry.
You will receive notifications via e-mail and mailed letters up to six months in advance of your subscription expiring. To ensure uninterrupted delivery of your magazine, please renew your subscription when you are prompted by one of these notifications as they provide you the best deals to date. Type in the promo code that you received in the notice to guarantee to you get the offer you received.
Please also ensure that you have your Subscriber ID number available to provide at checkout when prompted. This ID number can be found on your magazine mailing label and the renewal notice. If you would like to renew your subscription earlier, or did not receive notification, please contact subscriptions@kmimedia.ca
We do not automatically charge your credit card for renewals. You will be notified by email or mail to renew your subscription.
All subscriptions are final sale. If you would like to transfer the remainder of your subscription to someone else, that is possible.
Yes, we do ship outside of Canada although there are extra shipping costs in addition to the subscription price. Please contact us for more information.
