Devencore alumni returns to Toronto office

Tim Bell has returned to Devencore as managing director, broker, of its Toronto office.

He has been with CBRE for the past 9 years as an associate vice president, broker, where he focused on tenant representation; but was previously with Devencore having started his real estate career with the firm in 2004.

Mr Bell will be responsible for identifying, presenting to and winning new corporate accounts and as a LEED Green Associate he will play an integral role in managing, coaching and mentoring.

“It is great to be back. I am excited to take on a new role and challenge, and look forward to supporting clients by delivering Devencore’s full complement of corporate services.” said Bell. ”I also look forward to working with Devencore’s management team on corporate strategy as well as assisting, coaching and mentoring our professionals.”

His return to the firm has been welcomed by Allan Schaffer, president, broker of record in the Toronto office.

“His professional, client service-oriented attitude, his advisory inclination and his negotiation skills, combined with his professional background, make Tim a great addition to the team. His return highlights Devencore’s strength and reputation in the market place and we look forward to supporting Tim in his future successes,” said Schaffer.
