New president for GMREB

Greater Montreal Real Estate Board has elected Mathieu Cousineau as president of its board of directors.

He has almost 15 years in the real estate industry, mostly as a broker but including 4 years as an agency executive officer. He is currently managing director of Groupe Sutton Synergie.

Cousineau has been the President of the Board of Directors of the Collège de l’immobilier du Québec since 2015 and also held the position of Treasurer of the GMREB Board of Directors since 2015 and of Centris® since its creation.
